Tools We Use: Process Maps & Lean

Historically, we have used the tool of Process maps to clearly communicate any issues to all stakeholders in the process (See Process Maps section). These maps, while extensive, are easy to read, easy to understand, and clearly show any overlap or gaps in processes. They also help us in Leaning processes.
