Tools We Use: Change / Retreat Facilitation
Change requires understanding the need for the change, the ability to “test” the change, and acceptance the resulting new system. We used many change models, including those of Kotter, to facilitate change within organizations. We also help clients discover necessary areas of change through retreats.
